This customized program is for owners who are passionate about the highest possible level of service and performance, owners who desire to come aboard and see the familiar faces of crew that you know and are comfortable with.

We begin with a crew mission statement that inspires and ignites your crew's collective passion and purpose. If you are a hands-on owner, you may want to be involved in the initial part of this process. Your participation in one day of this training program is entirely optional, and can easily double your enjoyment of your yacht.

We address the issue of owner/crew boundaries, ensuring your crew understands and respects your unique preferences regarding privacy and clear boundaries. Addressing these issues establishes the ideal environment for you and your guests to optimally enjoy your yacht.

Over the course of twelve months, your crew receives bi-monthly trainings and hands-on experience in the utilization of the most powerful skills of communication and synergy known, the same skills Joe teaches to executives around the world. Your Officers receive ongoing coaching in the implementation of these skills. Each officer gets to identify and develop their leadership skills, resulting in a most dynamic and impassioned crew. We coach your crew into the full mastery of these skills, so they work and flow together as a single entity.
